No matter which clinician you see in our office, we want you to be aware of the potential cost of care, and we welcome you to discuss how to manage those costs with us. Each clinician will provide upon request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • the prices for treatment in a straightforward written document. Please ask your provider if you need the price document in a particular format, or in a foreign language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • a discussion of costs at any point in the treatment process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    At C2 Your Health, PC we prefer payment with cash or check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.<\/h6>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Please contact your clinician directly for information on their specific fees and payment options. We are a group of affiliated independent practitioners and our fees vary among the clinicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
